As a CSC Logistics and Penalty Deductions Intern you will:

  • Obtain comprehensive knowledge of customer sales deductions/penalties and how they relate to Customer Supply Chain activities
  • Understand the life cycle of a deduction from cash application to accounting resolution
  • Understand our different customer profiles across both strategic supported accounts and “mega” channel
  • Develop cross functional networking opportunities
  • Gain insight into our logistics processes and network

 

What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

  • Assist in the development of a PowerBI Dashboard to track Logistics/Order related sales deductions
  • Perform root cause analysis of customer deductions/penalties to identify trends and offer preventative solutions for avoidance
  • Review invalid deductions to ensure adherence to Haleon deduction processing guidelines
  • Perform random audits of processed deductions to ensure data entry/deduction validation accuracy and ensure optimal performance by our third-party provider

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:

Education required:

  • Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information technology majors preferred.
  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or master’s degree program graduating between August 2026 and July 2028.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred.

 

Other requirements:

  • Supply Chain, Customer Service, and/or Order Processing experience is a plus.
  • PowerBI experience preferred.
  • Able to work onsite at our Warren, NJ location.
  • Candidate must be eligible to work on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) during the internship duration (12 weeks).
  • Provide your own funding for relocation and commuting.
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, their employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization.

 

 

Expected start date: June 2025

 

 

The hourly rate for this role is $24.50/ hour.
