Researcher for Separation and Purification (Small-Molecule)

Job Description:

You will be engaged in the purification of synthetic biomolecules such as oligonucleotides, ADCs, peptide and so on; mainly focusing on purification method development, purification by advanced instruments, quantitative and qualitative analysis. This role provides an opportunity to work with advanced technology platforms and lead the pharmaceutical discovery trends. You will also have the chance to engage in face-to-face exchanges with pharmaceutical experts from multinational companies.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for sample analysis and purification method development for synthetic biomolecules, develop reasonable and efficient purification scheme.
• Complete the purification process and analyze the quality for the purified sample
• Expand and improve existing platform technologies and methods through learning and thinking. Improve the technical strength of the team.
• Manage project progress, communicate and cooperate, report to ensure completion on time.
• Participate in the daily operation, maintenance and management of the laboratory, including purchasing routine reagents, maintaining instruments and equipment and drafting equipment SOPs etc.
• Optimize laboratory operating procedures to continuously improve efficiency and standardization
