Join our team at Penned.io, a leading content writing platform for marketers, as a Full Stack Developer Intern. You'll play a crucial role in building and enhancing our platform using an existing template we’ve purchased. This role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in full stack development while contributing to a dynamic startup environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Customize and Develop: Work on adapting and building upon an existing template to meet our specific requirements and enhance our platform’s functionality.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our design and product teams to understand project specifications and ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Implement Features: Develop and integrate new features as needed to improve user experience and platform performance.
  • Optimize: Ensure the platform is responsive and performs well across different devices and browsers.
  • Maintain: Regularly update and refine the platform, focusing on performance, security, and user experience.
  • Learn and Apply: Utilize the latest technologies and best practices to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with Templates: Familiarity with working on and customizing web templates.
  • Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Performance and Security: Knowledge of best practices for web performance and security.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating previous full stack development projects is a plus.
