Graduate Assistant Talent Development - Leadership and Talent Development and Experience

Summary of Job Duties:
Human Resources is seeking a highly organized candidate with an excellent academic record for a graduate assistant position on the Talent Development team. The position focuses on designing and developing courses and/or programs for employee and/or supervisor development.
The duties of the position will include working with the Director of Talent Development to assist in conducting needs assessment, instructional design, course development, implementation, and evaluation. Other duties related to Talent Development may be assigned as needed.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Enrollment in a Graduate degree-seeking program at the University of Arkansas, with minimum 3.0 GPA, plus at least one year of relevant work experience
Candidates must have exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven attention to detail, as well as the ability to problem-solve and prioritize
Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, and the ability to think critically and logically.
Preferred Qualifications:
Enrolled in one of the following programs:
Human Resources Development
Business Administration
Educational Technology
