- Communicate and build relationships with clients on phone calls and in-person conversations, as well as maintain and update their portfolios.
- Generate various reports relating to wealth management, investments, and insurance.
- Assist in developing financial plans & recommendations based on analysis of clients' current financial standing and goals.
- Gather relevant financial data for clients and prospects to help with essential functions (e.g., account opening, transfers, journals, etc.)
- Assist in interviewing clients to gather information about their assets, liabilities, cash flows, insurance coverage, tax implications, and financial objectives.
- This role involves building client relationships and general practice management support through preparing client deliverables, setting up a new business, following up on all business activities, assisting in financial planning, and performing other tasks as needed.
MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college.
- Strong interest in wealth management, investments, and financial planning.
- Inclined to take industry-specific designations and certificates.
- Must possess or be willing to work towards financial securities licenses.
