Base salary starting between $65K-$80K/yr with flexibility to reflect experience.

Job Qualifications:

*2 or 4 yr degree in Agronomy or other Agronomy related program.

*Solid knowledge of Agronomy as well as knowledge of crops raised in Western North Dakota as well as crop inputs used in the area.

*Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to create and recommend specialized agronomy programs for Ag growers utilizing Ag chemicals, fertilizers and seed products.

*Must have a passion for selling crop inputs and services along with building strong Agronomy relationships.

*Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

*Ability to work extended hours during the busy Agronomy season.

*Desire to become part of and being involved in the community.

Job Description:

Primary responsibilities to include:

*Selling Agronomy products such as Seed, Chemicals, Fertilizer, and soil sampling services.

*Making informed crop input recommendations.

*Interacting with the public and promoting new products through Agronomy events.
