CSBR Simulated Client Caller - Research Assistant (RA)
Simulated client callers are Research Assistants who play a vital role in public health evaluation projects conducted by the Center for Social and Behavioral Research (CSBR). This position is seasonal, with two phases of work: one from now through mid-November 2024 and another from March through May 2025.
Simulated client callers conduct telephone calls to helplines or state-contracted agencies. Callers assume the role of a simulated client to assess the quality of service or care provided to them. During and after the telephone call, text messaging interaction, or web chat, simulated clients use an evaluation form to assess elements of the helpline staff’s adherence to protocols and quality of services.
