Summer/Fall Business Development Intern
In this position, the intern will work across the internal departments of the company, gaining exposure to various aspects of business development and operations, human resources, project management, and strategic planning.
SELECTED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in internal development within the company
- Organize and manage data related to marketing collaterals (such as social media posts and marketing recipient information)
- Lead hiring efforts for the upcoming season, reaching out to candidates
- Draft documents that pertain to the structure of the company (such as hiring and onboarding process documents)
- Create slide decks for internal processes
- Conduct research as needed to support various projects and tasks
- Create and organize spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and usability
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in GoogleDocs and GoogleSheets
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly, in addition to the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Genuine interest in Internal Communications, Human Resources, Business, or Business Development professions as a career option
Note: The intern will be offered academic credit for this internship.
