About the Associates Program

We’ve designed our Associates Program for people like you. Through an intensive twelve-month program which includes career planning workshops, challenging group project work and great networking events, you’ll have support, exposure to senior management and the opportunity to contribute right away. You’ll be able to:

Learn what teamwork and leadership means at SEI during your week-long orientation program

Strengthen your business acumen and gain skills for success through weekly classroom-style sessions

Work on a strategic project in a team setting to add tangible value to SEI and to develop your presentation skills

Receive regular coaching and support to help you formulate your career goals

Network with employees across the organization, many of whom have graduated from the program

Get to know your fellow associates during fun networking events and teambuilding exercises

Get to know yourself and graduate from the program with a deep understanding of how to best leverage your strengths in order to maximize your impact

 

What you’ll do:

 

We offer both rotational and non-rotational tracks in the Associates Program. During our initial interview, we’ll uncover which of the tracks and positions make sense for you and your skill set.

Non-Rotational Business/Technology Track: Associates placed in the non-rotational track will gain experience supporting existing business needs through positions in areas across the company which may include investments, finance, sales, accounting, project management, marketing, HR, audit, risk management, software engineering, and more.

Rotational Business/Technology Track: The rotational track will see associates will gain experience by rotating approximately every six to nine months through areas which may include back office operations, data analytics, risk management, investments, project management, software engineering, and more. At the end of the second year, rotational associates post for a permanent role.

 

What we need from you:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree

Open to all majors, but focus on computer science and technology, finance, accounting, economics, business, marketing, math, or related fields

Graduate between December 2024 – June 2025

3.5 cumulative GPA preferred

Copy of transcript inclusive of previous three years of schooling

Letter of recommendation from current or previous professor

Prior work experience or internship, preferably within the FinTech industry

University/college or community involvement such as with charitable organizations, travel abroad experience, participation in various clubs, organizations or athletic groups, etc.

Experience holding leadership positions strongly preferred
