
Cabin Counselor
***PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT/RESIDENTIAL POSITION MONDAY-FRIDAY THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER CAMP SEASON***
Cabin Counselors share the responsibility for campers' well-being and provide positive role-modeling for daily living skills and participation in all activities at Camp Spearhead, a summer camp for children and adults with disabilities and special needs.. The Cabin Counselor is responsible for managing the cabin for safety and cleanliness and creating a warm, harmonious cabin environment, working cooperatively with other members of the camp community.
Qualifications: 18 years old and high school diploma or GED.
During the camp season, staff report to Camp on Monday morning at 730a and finish the work week at 1p on Friday. CPR/First Aid and CampSafe certification provided during training week. Wage for staff is $518/week and includes meals and shared housing. Must be able to begin work May 12, 2025.
