***PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT/RESIDENTIAL POSITION MONDAY-FRIDAY THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER CAMP SEASON***

Activity Specialists/Program Leads work as part of an 8-member team, responsible for organizing and implementing a variety of activities at Camp Spearhead, an overnight camp for children and adults with disabilities and special needs.. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational needs of the camp, as well. We value a positive attitude, encouragement, and support towards our campers and fellow staff members.

Qualifications: 18 years old and high school diploma or GED.

During the camp season, staff report to Camp on Monday morning at 730a and finish the work week at 1p on Friday. Lifeguard OR CPR/First Aid and CampSafe certification provided during training week. Wage for staff is $518/week and includes meals and shared housing. Must be able to begin work May 12, 2025.
