What You Will Do:

• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage posts across various social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content that aligns with our mission and resonates with university students.

• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to interactions on social media, fostering a supportive and active online community.

• Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Ensure research and content development match the Art Director’s creative vision, integrating their specified visual and thematic elements.
  • Implement feedback from the Art Director, adjusting content and visuals as needed to meet their expectations.
  • Update the supervisor on progress and collaborate with the Art Director to develop visuals that enhance the educational content.

What We’re Looking For:

• Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) and understanding of current trends.

• Creative Skills: Ability to create compelling content that engages and motivates our audience.

• Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

• Passion for Student Well-Being: A genuine interest in supporting student mental health through social media.

Weekly Commitments:

• Adobe Illustrator Skills: Knowledge and ability to use Adobe Illustrator is crucial. Candidates should be able to create and manipulate vector graphics with precision, aiding in the production of high-quality visual elements for various media platforms.

• Team Meetings: Participate in weekly team meetings to review social media strategies and performance.

• Hours: Dedicate 5 hours per week to the role.
