FUNDS TRANSFER CO-OP
The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst position is to work within the project team of the Funds Transfer Department. The individual would benefit from having an understand of the project life cycle, but it is not necessary. The responsibilities will vary within the project team and may include requirements gathering, testing, and defect repair and reporting. The individual must ensure reports are accurate, timely and informative to ensure that the project team are operating at maximum efficiency to achieve their objectives. The candidate will be assigned to work one of two major initiatives within the Funds Transfer organization and may also receive additional training in other facets of money transfer.
Responsibilities:
1. People Skills:

2. Control/Risk Management:
- Identify, escalate, and communicate defects immediately and appropriately
- Ensure all test scripts are appropriately processed in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to BBH policies and procedure and the various testing requirements.
- Escalate unclear instructions to management
- Demonstrate responsiveness to project challenges in a timely manner with thoughtful solutions which prevent problems and provide quality service
3. Project Management
- Participate all phases of Funds Transfer projects, including requirement gathering, design, testing and implementation.
- Participate in other departments’ projects when needed.
- Take advantage of cross-training opportunities when the time allows.
