Location: North Little Rock, AR, on-site preferred (Central Arkansas). Open to remote in Arkansas with on-site visits to NLR one week per month. Open to fully remote in North Carolina, Indiana/Kentucky, or Florida territories. 

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE:

JOB SUMMARY:

Utilizing a consultative sales approach, the Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and overall client satisfaction – you will be the key point of contact for prospects and customers, driving business growth within your territory. Through a mix of cold and warm calls, you'll actively pursue new opportunities to increase revenue. Your role also involves managing the sales process— from order entry to generating quotes – while delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience. You will utilize a consultative sales approach and be responsible. This is a dynamic position where you will build strong relationships and make a real impact in the AEC space.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from both new and existing customer accounts.
  • Lead complex negotiations with senior-level executives to secure business.
  • Build strong rapport and cultivate long-term relationships with customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with a select group of key accounts.
  • Drive the successful adoption of technology solutions and services across customer bases.
  • Grow your personal book of business through proactive outreach to cold and warm prospects.
  • Meet and exceed daily activity targets for prospecting and customer engagement.
  • Achieve 100% of monthly revenue goals consistently.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and business growth.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records through CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on evolving products and services, ensuring a deep knowledge of the company’s offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and expand business.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to engage clients through consistent outbound calls.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
  • Background in software sales or, ideally, experience in the AEC industry.
  • High proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
