 Role Description
 

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chattanooga, TN for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to clients in the transportation and logistics industry. This includes building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

 Qualifications
  

  • A strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus
