Temporary Technology Specialist for Marketing Team

Are you experienced with email campaigns and reporting/analysis skills? As a member of this global law firm’s marketing team, you will utilize your writing, technical and reporting skills to help manage CRMs, social media, website and mass communication functions to further refine and expand business development efforts. This is a temporary, six-month opportunity with a very flexible remote-friendly office model. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with the utmost professionalism in delivering communication to internal and external contacts. 

 

About the Job:

  • Contribute to achieving strategic marketing goals through compiling email marketing campaigns.
  • Update master email marketing lists through organization of inputting contact information and details into the CRM system. 
  • Utilize email marketing software to communicate event details, including but not limited to, event registration, event details, feedback and post-event surveys.
  • Assist with technology and marketing projects as necessary, conduct research and study best practices to align with internal deliverables. 
  • Maintain website and social media functions.
  • Monitor effectiveness of development practices through generating reports and analyzing results.
  • Extend administrative support for ad hoc technical and marketing-related inquiries from internal staff.

About You:

  • Related experienceYou have a Bachelor’s in hand and at least four years of marketing technology experience in a law firm or professional services environment and are experienced in software platforms including InterAction and Vuture.
  • Professional. You posses top-notch written and verbal communication skills, and you are at ease in a global law firm environment.
  • Organized. You are skilled at prioritization, time management, and process compliance.
  • Dedicated. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage heavy workloads with ease.
  • Proactive. You can get the ball moving and make sure deadlines are met on time.
