Join our Corporate Technology Team

Within Jefferies Information Technology, Corporate Technology supports multiple enterprise level business functions such as Operations, Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, Human Resources, Finance, and Enterprise Data Services. In this group, analysts will have an opportunity to develop technology solutions that support Jefferies’ core business functions which include clearing & settlement of trading activity, enterprise data management and analytics, surveillance of employees and business activities, regulatory inquiries, corporate finance, and human resources. This is an opportunity to learn and contribute to next gen technologies and solutions including AI/ML, Digitalization including robotic process automation, low code/no code tools; cloud adoption, data warehousing, enterprise analytics, industry leading vendor platforms for the benefit of all of Jefferies’ business lines.

Desired Background and Skills:

  • Sponsorship for non-U.S. residents may be available
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • Must graduate between December 2025 – June 2026
  • General Skills
    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly as you collaborate with others in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
    • Motivated candidates with a desire to pursue a Technology based career in Financial Services upon graduation
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Programming Knowledge desirable
  • Matlab/KDB/SQL/C++/Java - Visual Basic, C# .Net
  • Python/pandas
  • Angular/Typescript/React
  • Bloomberg API knowledge a plus
  • Database Knowledge desirable
  • Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server
  • Data warehouse; Snowflake etc.
  • Ability to build intermediate to advanced SQL Queries
  • Bonus Technology exposure.
  • AWS services; lambda, s3.
  • Atlassian Suite or similar; JIRA, bitbucket, Bamboo CI/CD
  • API/platform integrations
  • Familiarity with basic concepts on AI/ML and GenAI

Jefferies’ COVID-19 Policy – US

The base salary for the Analyst role is $100,000 (pro-rated for the 10-week internship program). The base salary for the Associate role is $120,000 (pro-rated for the 10-week internship program).
