Personal Assistant to Principal with Republican Ties

As the Personal Assistant to a Principal, you will be responsible for managing schedules, arranging travel, and handling all correspondence working for a household. In this position, you will have a hand in many ongoing projects and will be assisting with administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is solution-oriented and a self-starter. About the Job:

  • Manage scheduling of several calendars.
  • Coordinate special events and any domestic and international travel. 
  • Maintain records of all personal/household/family information and the management of several estates. 
  • Assist financial team when it comes to charitable donations and any projects as needed. 
  • Manage incoming and outbound correspondence, using advanced gatekeeper skills. 
  • Play a dynamic role in supporting the Principal, serving as a liaison with external contacts to support deliverables, drafting and editing outbound communication channels.

  • Tech savvy. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experienced working with Apple systems.

  • Professional. You have strong communication skills and treat all contacts with customer-service oriented attitude.
  • Detail oriented. You can complete multiple tasks with competing deadlines. 
  • Strong written acumen. You are an expert proofreader and correspondent, managing inbound and outbound communication with poise and clear follow-through action in a timely manner.
