Superior Credit Union is hiring a full-time Recruiting and Training Specialist to lead and direct the recruitment, orientation, and training services of the credit union. 

The chosen candidate will be working at the headquarters in Lima, OH. 

Duties:

This position is responsible for recruiting candidates; interviewing; screening qualified applicants; and developing programs to orient, train, and retain employees. Additionally, this position supports the benefits area of the Human Resource Department. 

Qualifications:

An associate degree with a minimum of three years related experience is preferred. 

Pay and Benefits:

The salary range is $18.56 to $29.48 per hour. We also offer an excellent benefits package.
