Learn and grow your cooking skills at sea or ashore as a Culinary Specialist. CSs keep crews fed with the highest standards of nutrition, taste, and food safety. You'll be responsible for kitchen logistics, accounting, menu planning, and inventory management, and will be trained in a variety of culinary arts to keep the menu fresh and morale high.
