Continuous Improvement Intern (Summer 2025)

Job Summary

Vertiv Services Continuous Improvement Department is looking for a Continuous Improvement Intern.  The Continuous Improvement department works to make the processes of Vertiv Services simpler, faster, better, and less costly by utilizing Lean and Continuous Improvement principles 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis in excel or other analytical software tools.
  • Participate in continuous improvement training sessions
  • Assist in building and delivering project presentations and updates
  • Assist with development and delivery of continuous improvement training
  • Participate and lead project team calls and meetings
  • Define and documents process best practices
  • Assist with project and process document management
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Process Engineering, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Management Information Systems, or similar degree
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of software especially Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Motivated self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning and attention to detail
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment
  • Desire to solve problems and find better way to get things done without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to work with team
