Summary:
Responsible for university-wide data collection, analysis, and reporting; administration of surveys, including course and faculty evaluations; developing curricular evaluation strategies and assessment tools, and implementing evaluation techniques for university-wide continuous quality improvement initiatives, including institutional accreditation projects.
Principal Functional Responsibilities:
Survey Administration and External Reporting: Lead the brand management of the University enterprise survey platform. Oversee the process of administering online surveys using NEOMED’s survey software, including the student feedback system for course and faculty evaluations; Enforce NEOMED survey administration policy; Oversee the development of survey training materials; Perform the University liaison duties with the survey company. Coordinate, review and submit external surveys and reports including, but not limited to: IPEDS , HLC Annual Institutional Data Update, HEI annual and quarterly reports.
Data Leadership and Management: Provides a leadership role in NEOMED data management group to manage and maintain data resources, and ensure the integrity, reliability, availability, and compliance of organizational data and information. Establish the consistency of data findings across the different data reporting offices on behalf of the institution. Respond to data requests from internal sources. Support accreditation compliance requirements. Create and use dashboards and other data visualization tools. Stay current with trends and regulations in higher education, institutional research, and assessment including the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies as it relates to institutional research.
Planning and Administration: Participate in university planning and evaluation activities, program evaluation initiatives and curriculum and assessment committees. Supervise the generation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicate them to appropriate stakeholders; Upgrade existing KPIs and design new KPIs. Oversee the operation of the Institutional Research office. Supervise and provide training for office personnel. Develop and maintain the office budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in education, allied health, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in academic or health-related setting
Preferred Qualifications:
• Doctorate
• Supervisory experience
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and other office equipment.
