Your Role 
If you are looking for experience in Technology with flexible hours that work around your school schedule year-round, then this may be the opportunity for you! Your work will include, but not be limited to:  

• Provide general technical support over the telephone or in person.
• Receipt, configuration and deployment of hardware.
• Opportunity to participate in multiple team projects.
• Ongoing tracking and management of IT assets.

The qualifications.  

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related undergraduate degree program with career aspirations in Information Technology.
• Academic success (minimum GPA of 3.0).
• MCSE, MOS, and A+ certifications preferred but not required.
• Knowledgeable in the following technologies:
• Microsoft Desktop Operating System (Windows 11).
• Network Connectivity.
• Microsoft Office 2019/O365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of PC hardware preferred.
• There is 10% travel for this position.
• Must be able to frequently remain in a stationary/sitting position.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. Specific job duties may require additional lifting to move, transport, position and install equipment.

This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
