The Quality department within Haleon’s Oak Hill manufacturing facility is made of up scientists and professionals that are responsible for ensuring products meet regulatory requirements and are safe and efficient for consumers, as confirmed through raw material and product testing. We are also responsible for the effective collaboration with Technical and Manufacturing Departments for the on-boarding of new processes and products to the supply chain. The Oak Hill site manufactures toothpaste, with popular brands such as Aquafresh, Sensodyne, and Pronamel. You will help support day to day business as usual projects as well as continuous improvement initiatives in the Engineering Department.
What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

- Identify technical solutions to reoccurring problems
- Partner with maintenance team on maintenance optimization

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:
Education required:
- Pursuing a BS or MS degree in a science related field
- Have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a degree program.
- 3.0 or greater cumulative GPA
Preferred requirements:
- Candidate with previous internship experience in pharmaceutical, consumer health, chemical, oil/gas or food industry
- Basic understanding of working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment
- Basic knowledge of chemical unit operations
- Candidate familiar with basic statistical concepts
- Provide your own funding for relocation and commuting.
Other requirements:
- Ability to start in January 2025.
- Candidate must be eligible to work on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) during the co-op duration (6 months).

- Candidate must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, their employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization.
