Culinary Interns

·        Reports directly to CIC Executive Chef – Chef Addison Hoover

·        Position/Duties: Working to prepare food for banquets and ala cart service. Working with our chefs on the service ‘line’. This position will work directly with the service staff, managers, and culinary team to ensure high quality food is prepared to order for our members and their guests.
