Operations (F&B) Interns

·        Reports directly to CIC Operations Managers – Marshall Drew, Stephen Miller and Geoff Pryka

·        Position/Duties: This position will work with managers to ensure excellent membership dining experience in various locations on campus. This position will work in our main clubhouse and patio to provide excellent service to members during dining service and events. Working with managers in supporting small and large banquet set ups, tear downs and service to members and their guests. As an Operations Intern, you will supervise various rooms throughout the summer to maintain a smooth-running dining experience.
