T. Howard Foundation Internship Program

The T. Howard Foundation Internship Program is a national leader in providing access to internship and career development opportunities to underrepresented college talent interested in working at media and entertainment, tech, and consulting companies.

Open to all majors, the foundation offers 2 Internship Program Tracks; Core and Diversity T.E.C.H.. The Internship Program consist of 5 Career Pathways. Core Internship Program Track focuses on the following Pathways, (1) Art & Design, (2) Business, (3) Communications, and (4) People & Policy. The Diversity T.E.C.H. Internship Program Track consists of Pathway (5) Tech, having a specific focus on STEM majors.

Since 1993, over 1500 ambitious students have completed at least one internship with our innovative 40+ Host Company Partners, like Hearst, FOX, Publicis Media, Major League Baseball (MLB), Warner Bros Discovery, and Disney.

We continue to support talent from interns to executives via our comprehensive Career & Alumni Services Program.
