Assistant Project Manager (Remote)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Project Manager in the Marketing Department plays a crucial role in supporting various marketing and project management activities. They play a key role in supporting projects related to lease-ups, acquisitions, stable property management, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with CRM systems and project management tools. They should be adept at handling multiple priorities and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manages the onboarding and offboarding of properties within internal systems, including name changes and system updates.
  • Organizes and maintain the Quarterly ACES Approver Sheets for efficient review and approval processes.
  • Coordinates marketing campaign and Internet Listing site setup requests, execute changes, and oversee campaign tracking.
  • Serves as the primary contact, ensuring customer feedback is relayed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Oversees the Marketing email inbox, keeping it organized and ensuring timely responses.
  • Hires photographers, coordinates logistics with site teams, and manages monthly construction photo organization and distribution.
  • Plans and edits site photography, ensuring all images are optimized for website use through Box Brownie software.
  • Manages vendor invoice processing, including coding bank card transactions and overseeing Yardi invoice workflows.
  • Submits monthly signage billback reports and act as the liaison between the Marketing Department and accounting.
  • Provides CRM setup and troubleshooting support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Leads special projects as assigned by marketing leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to write and manage marketing content across digital media placements, including websites, social media, email, and advertising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
  • Experience with CRM systems and troubleshooting technical issues preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of photography editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Box Brownie) is a plus.
  • Resides in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI

PAY RATE: 

  • $19 - $25 / hour
