Shipping Coordinator

The Shipping Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound traffic at the site for the distribution of packaged and bulk  products. Carriers will rely on this role to provide the necessary paperwork and direction while on-site.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks (check –in and shipping within SAP).
  • Complete goods/services receipt processes in SAP.
  • Serve as local contact for carriers (pre-load coordination, product availability queries).
  • Manage office and housekeeping supplies (as applicable).
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications
 

  • High school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience.
  • Ability to work with computer-based logistics applications.

 

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • SAP software experience.
  • Warehouse and/or Logistics experience.
