Position Summary

As a participant in ADM’s Finance Pathway Program, you’ll have an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your career development while significantly contributing to our Finance organization. The ADM Finance team is crucial to the company’s success, delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely financial information and analysis for both internal business support and external reporting. We seek motivated team players who are eager to develop a broad skill set across different cultures through a structured and progressive training program, preparing you to become a top-tier Finance professional.

Job Responsibilities

  • Rotational Assignments: Engage in a series of rotational assignments across key Finance functions, such as Accounts Payable, customer credit analyses, collections, Billing & Cash Application, Master Data, Commodity Management, and Process Improvement.
  • Global Exposure: Gain hands-on experience within ADM’s Global Business Services teams, working on essential financial operations that support ADM’s global business.
  • Leadership Interaction: Build your network by interacting with senior Finance leaders and gaining valuable insights from industry experts.
  • Structured Learning: Participate in formal training programs designed to enhance your financial expertise and business acumen.
  • Career Progression: Upon successful completion of the ten-month program, you’ll be considered for permanent positions within ADM’s Finance organization.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Education: Recent graduate or expected graduation by December 2024 or May 2025 with an associate’s degree or higher, ideally in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong interest in the agriculture and food industry
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate across the U.S. as part of the program.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • GPA: Minimum GPA of 2.8
