Position Summary
As part of ADM's Internal Audit team, you will play a crucial role in helping management by providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services to enhance the organization's operations. Your work will evaluate and improve the effectiveness of ADM’s risk management, control, and governance processes. You will gain broad exposure to ADM’s entire value chain, from crop origination to sales and transportation, as well as supporting functions like accounting and compliance. This role offers significant growth opportunities within Internal Audit and valuable experience for those aiming to advance into other areas of the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Audit Projects: Conduct reviews of various ADM operations, including crop origination, manufacturing, sales, transportation, and supporting functions such as accounting and compliance.
- Risk Management: Utilize a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve ADM's risk management, control, and governance processes.
- Exposure: Gain broad exposure to ADM's global operations, providing valuable insights and experience for future career growth within or outside Internal Audit.
- Travel: Be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time, including potential international assignments.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders up to 100 feet as part of site visits and audits.
Who We’re Looking For
- Education: Pursuing a 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with expected graduation in 2025.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate across the U.S. as part of the program.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- GPA: Minimum GPA of 2.8
