Intern Orientation Highlights
Internship Program Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8 GPA.
  • Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
  • Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.
  • Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.

  • Job Summary:
    We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our Master Data Management (MDM) team. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and consistency of master data assets while bridging the gap between technology and business for non-technical users. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, passionate about solving problems and improving business outcomes through better data management. You'll work closely with stakeholders to enhance the usability of the MDM toolset and provide impactful insights.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop training documentation that explains how the Master Data Management application works in a simple, non-technical format for business users.
  • Streamline the delivery of information to end users, optimizing the use of the current workforce application.
  • Present compelling and validated insights to peers, management, and internal customers to drive both strategic and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with the MDM team and lead end users to enhance the engagement model for users of the MDM toolset.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating between business and analytics teams.
  • Quickly acquire knowledge of how the MDM toolset is used by end users and ensure its effective adoption across the organization.
