Each role on this team requires slightly different skills which range from different levels of higher education and/or HR experience. However, every role on our team requires 100% on-site attendance at our office in Pontiac, MI.

What You Will be Doing
Our job is to make a positive impact on our clients experience with UWM.
- Research, process, track and manage all our clients redemptions.
- Streamlining the client experience through Partner Points
- Support and shape the relationships between team members and our clients
- Understanding the needs and wants of clients through gift giving and our client incentive program
- Research, process, track and manage all case types.
- Collaborate with others for creative and unique gift ideas. Continual service improvements to ensure that our clients’ needs are met.
- Work pro-actively within the Client Experience team to assist with problem solving, feedback and communication.
