Sales has several intern opportunities available in a variety of disciplines. Successful candidates will be placed in an opening that aligns with their interests. Intern position will enjoy a hybrid work environment.
United Worldwide Sales
Our Worldwide Sales team is the largest revenue-generation department at United. Sales works with corporations, travel agencies, and content distribution partners to design, negotiate, and implement programs and agreements that achieve commercial objectives for United’s B2B relationships.
This role offers the successful candidate a unique experience to help enable our Sales team across the world grow and improve their selling skills via training and other learning strategies. Work will be centered around partnering with many coworkers within Sales, across the company, to enable this strategy. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to learn more about how Learning and Development can support a large, worldwide organization in ever-changing times. The scope includes:
- Assisting with creating, managing, and maintaining an organized and effective learning library as a repository of all training/learning content
- Researching and making recommendations on new learning modalities and platforms that can be utilized.
- Updating existing training content to ensure current and relevant.
- Supporting the development, design, and implementation of new training sessions

Qualifications - External
Required
· Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
· Graduating Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
· Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills – ability to learn new systems quickly
· Presentation skills – comfort with presenting in-person and virtually in front of large groups, including leadership
· Ability to coordinate and effectively work with diverse groups of people
· Ability to review complex information and make recommendations
Preferred
· Analytical skills
· Content management systems knowledge
· Experience in adult learning and development
· Professional presentations to audiences of 20 or more people
