  • Adapt project requirements to the controlling criteria and suggests resolutions for unique problems which may arise.
  • Critical problems and policy issues are normally resolved through consultation the supervisor.
  • Utilize guides and regulatory materials to include contract plans and specifications, approved shop drawings, technical and engineering handbooks, applicable national and state codes, and recognized national standards.
  • Collects operating data, performs field test, analyzes results, and performs technical calculations with respect to power plant and other associated equipment to determine adequacy and/or reason for malfunctions to equipment.
  • Will work with North American Electric Reliability Program for Omaha District
  • Will assist in developing the budget for Hydropower and Joint programs
