Bilingual Marketing Specialist (Mandarin/English)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing programs to drive sales and strengthen the Eazzy brand in the US financial services market.
  • Manage marketing budgets focused on KPIs and lead generation, optimizing funnel conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent, audience-specific messaging across various channels and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns on multiple platforms, including social media.
  • Negotiate advertising contracts and review creative elements.
  • Research and identify business opportunities using a consultative approach.
  • Analyze market research and develop pricing strategies aligned with client budgets and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven marketing experience, focusing on brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Expertise in inbound marketing to attract, convert, and nurture leads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising (WeChat, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Ability to manage independent projects and collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent customer relations, sales, and referral skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with intellectual curiosity and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation: Commission-based

Location: 39-06 Main St 3rd Floor, Flushing, NY 11354 (On-site)
