Sales Associate

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Sales Associate to join our optometrist retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in choosing designer frames and sunglasses, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your retail skills and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties:**

- Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and offer assistance in finding designer frames.

- Provide detailed product knowledge, make recommendations, and assist with purchases.

- Maintain clean and organized frame boards, including restocking boards and assisting with inventory management.

- Utilize retail math skills to process sales and identify opportunities for upselling and 2nd pair sales.

- Develop strong relationships with customers, and ensure their needs are met or exceeded.

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette and resolving customer complaints.

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Skills:**

- Experience working in high-end retail, jewelry, or perfume sales is a MUST.

- Bilingual ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

- Strong retail math skills to assist customers with pricing.

- Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

- Strong management skills to ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are easily accessible.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 39 per week
