Enrollment Management Coordinator

Notre Dame Prep is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Enrollment Management Coordinator (10-month position). The coordinator will perform a wide range of duties, ranging from administrative processes to operations management. The Enrollment Management Coordinator will provide additional support for all departmental initiatives and will facilitate the efficient operations of the school as needed. Essential Functions:

  • Provide general administrative duties in support of all admissions efforts.
    • Answer, screen and transfer inbound calls.
    • Handle general requests for information via telephone and email.
    • Oversee distribution of mailings to prospective students.
    • Assist in researching data for the benefit of prospective families.
  • Maintain database of prospective students and liaise with Blackbaud.
  • Track files for NDP applicants, ensuring they are complete, i.e. application, records, evaluation(s) as applicable.
    • Produce candidate reports/status updates for weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Manage NDP interview process from applicant/staff scheduling to compensation for faculty interviewers.
  • Provide human-resource support and oversee reception at on-campus and virtual recruiting events.
  • Schedule and coordinate all aspects of shadow days for prospective NDP students.
  • Manage the Notre Dame Student Ambassador group, including communications, training, staffing and recognition.
  • Serve as Admissions/Enrollment representative at NDP calendar meetings.
  • Explore growing trends in technology and social media platforms to improve recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
