Assistant for Luxury Real Estate Agent
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and transactions and to show luxury listings in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. From scheduling client meetings to preparing showing tours to performing the showing themselves, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. A great way to gain experience in a client-facing industry in one of the hardest-to-break-through markets in the world.

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
- Provide office guests and clients with a hospitable experience
- Create various forms of social media content
- Show properties
- Marketing tasks: email blasts, postcards, generating mailing lists, submitting weekly advertisements etc.
- Administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating, printing, organizing, etc.
- Coordinating and managing real estate transactions from start to finish (contract management, e-sign, office filings)
- Preparing spreadsheets and packages for listing appointments
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent listening, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Capacity to work both well independently and collaboratively
- Must be reliable, responsible, honest, and ethical
- Positive personality and enthusiastic
- Must have excellent phone, computer, and written communication skills
- Living close to or in Palm Beach/West Palm Beach
- Familiarity with creating and publishing content for social media
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills
