Bridge Entry-Level Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Entry-Level Engineer to join our dynamic team. In addition to working in a collaborative and supportive environment, our Entry-Levels Engineers:
- Assist in the design and analysis of bridges using industry-standard software and methodologies.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop cost-effective and innovative solutions for bridge projects.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering calculations, specifications, and drawings for new bridges and bridge rehabilitations in accordance with project requirements and standards.
- Participate in bridge inspections to ensure the safety of the traveling public and identify rehabilitation needs.
- Assist in the preparation of bridge inspection reports to document findings and communicate bridge maintenance activities to the owner.
- Perform load rating analyses using industry-standard software and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to bridge engineering.
- Have the opportunity to apply the principles learned in their coursework to real-world projects under the mentorship of industry-leading bridge engineers.
