Marketing/Sales Representative

On Point is a nationwide live event marketing agency, working in world-class venues including American Dream Entertainment Retail Complex and the Prudential Center most recently. On Point is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing marketing/sales representatives to engage with visitors and guests of the venues. The workday is greeting, chatting, and engaging customers to participate in a brief survey, which normally takes 60 - 90 seconds to complete. Qualified participants receive special offers from our corporate sponsors 

The Ideal Candidate:

• Able to actively engage for up to 6 hours
• Reliable, dependable and able to work with minimal supervision
• Be willing to overcome objections
• Ability to work most weekends or at least 3 days a week
• Strong outgoing personality
• Have worked on commission or are looking for uncapped earning potential

Guaranteed hourly plus commission:

• $17.50 per hour 
• Plus commission 
• Average earner- $20-$30 per hour
