We are currently searching for interns to join our IT department next year. You will be working in a creative, fast-paced, and professional setting. The internship training provides the chance to gain knowledge in the IT area. This position will be working to help our teams build a great foundation for them to work off, so they have a head start with each new initiative. It is an exciting position within WoodmenLife.
What we are looking for:
Interested in coordinating and leading the gathering of technical and business requirements.
Works with teams to convert business requirements into user stories (including acceptance criteria) and functional/technical designs.
Uses tools such as data flow diagrams, process flows and business models to translate requirements and present solutions.
An aptitude to learn various technologies such as Azure and Microsoft tools in support of the BSA role.
Willingness to wear many hats when working with team members and customers, from data analysis to quality assurance to subject matter expert.
Strong logical thinking. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Well-organized with time management skills.
Excellent negotiation skills. Exhibits courage to challenge requests and positively offer alternative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, be approachable and enjoy working with passionate people.
Engages well with others and strives to provide a positive customer experience.
