Responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable about the company's products and services.
- Manage customer calls and walk-ins to the showroom
- Respond to phone and internet sales leads
- Meet with potential clients regarding their projects
- Take job site measurements
- Prepare initial cabinetry designs and other material selections
- Prepare sales proposals and present them to clients
- Close sales and collect project deposits
- Meet clients at job sites for follow-up meetings
- Place and acknowledge orders
- Contribute to other administrative showroom duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. (Sponsorship eligible)
- Minimum of 2 years of b2c and wholesales experience (preferred)
- Fluent in English; bilingual in mandarin or Spanish are highly preferred.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Google tools (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs), Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Team collaboration
- Knowledge of interior design is a plus. (not required)
