Employee Communications: Creative Graphic Design Intern

We are seeking a talented and motivated Creative Graphic Design Intern to join our Internal Communications Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a variety of internal design and video projects that share our culture story and our employer brand. Responsibilities:
- Execute graphic design and image/video editing tasks across multiple projects
- Collaborate across teams to create compelling design materials, such as email templates, social media graphics, website graphics and internal marketing materials
- Develop fresh an innovative visual content for various platforms that align with our employer branding and standards
- Act as resident photographer for Bank events and help create video and other multimedia for internal communication channels
- Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices to elevate our visual output
Qualifications:
- Junior or senior working toward a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications or similar field of study
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography and color theory
- Ability to create visually appealing designs and bring brands to life
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A self-starter with a passion for design and problem-solving
*This paid internship runs fulltime from mid-May through mid-August 2025, with the potential to stay on in a full or part-time capacity through May 2026.
