Marketing and Operations Intern

TEL is seeking a Marketing & Operations Intern interested in international development,
technology, and a passion for helping others. This is a hybrid paid internship that requires a
commitment of 10-20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Website Management:
    • Review and update our solutions database.
    • Enable the connection between solution seekers and innovators.
  2. Social Media Management:
    • Co-design and execute creative social media strategies to address our different stakeholders.
    • Support outreach initiatives to raise awareness of TEL’s mission and work.
  3. Operations:
    • Contribute to day-to-day operational tasks, including the development of our Project Accelerator initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the team to identify and engage potential partners and sponsors.

Qualification:

  • Proficiency in website management and content coordination.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and international development is a plus.
