Loan Review Intern
Pay: $17.00
Hours: Approximately 19 per week; Monday-Friday
Location: Greenwood, IN
Are you a careful and precise business student interested in learning about careers in the banking industry? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and an analytical mind? Are you interested in interning with a company committed to your community and dedicated to your professional development? As a Loan Review Intern for Lake City Bank, you will:
- Research and compiles loan and collateral data for use in stress tests of the loan portfolio
- Assists with loan file reviews as assigned. Determines whether loan documentation is consistent with the terms of approval, whether system data are accurate, and whether the borrower adheres to covenants
- Assists with gathering data from financial statements, appraisals, and real estate underwriting for input into the stress testing software

Basic Qualifications Include:
- College enrollment required. Two plus years of college attendance with a Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Personal Computer competency with advanced Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook experience required
- Ability to be accurate with detail work while meeting daily deadlines and reporting schedules
