Co-Op Project Manager

We are seeking a co-op student to assist our project managers and detailing staff in a construction company during their spring Semester. This student will gain invaluable experience in the industry while having the opportunity to participate in various aspects of the project.

The duties of this co-op position include:

• Assisting detailing in gathering cut sheets for submittals.

• Assisting detailing in handing openings (to’s/from’s).

• Assisting estimating/PM’s in obtaining current quotes.

• Attending keying meetings with PM’s.

• Attending pre-detailing meetings.

• Attending Tuesday Project Manager meetings.

• Helping with deliveries – delivering small local items or riding with drivers in box trucks.

• Helping check in product in warehouse and picking items for outbound shipments.

This student co-op will gain valuable insight into the ins and outs of the construction industry while gaining a better understanding of the project management side of the business.
