Research/Teaching Assistant, Electrical and Computer Engineering
Position Type: Federal Work Study or Non-Work Study
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- TA should know how to operate the measurements devices along with the knowledge about all of the devices we need to perform the required experiments.
- He must have good hands on with the MULTISIMS simulator.
- He must prepare the experiment ahead of time and be in the lab during lab hours.
- He should grade the lab reports on time.
OR
- TA should have a good knowledge of microcontroller hardware and software plus programing in C+, and assembly language.
- Assistant must prepare the experiment prior to the coming of the students to the lab.
- He should be in the lab during lab hours. He should perform the grading of the lab reports.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Should have knowledge of using assembly and high-level language to program microcontroller to solve problems in signal processing, robotics, and control systems.
- The TA should have solid knowledge in Basic Circuits, PCB design, and designing analog interfaces to Digital systems.
Anticipated Schedule:
- Friday and Wednesday.
