Social Media Marketing Strategist

Social Media Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and engaging content across multiple social media channels for a diverse roster of brands.
  • Strategize and plan social media and content strategies across all mediums for a diverse portfolio of brands, ensuring the voice, tone, and brand guidelines for each unique brand are being followed.
  • Create and manage content planning to ensure publishing schedules are on track.
    Collaborate with internal and external teams to get all creative deliverables across the finish line.
  • Report on the effectiveness of social media activities - ensuring key metrics are measuring up to core business objectives
  • Oversee paid social campaigns for various brands and budgets.
    Excel at conceptual thinking and have the technical ability to execute ideas in a short amount of time.
  • Research and report on current social media trends and audience preference

     

Social Media & Content Marketing Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of social media and marketing experience in a professional setting (working with in-house brands or multiple brands at any given time)
  • Fluent in social media strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across all channels (FB, IG, TikTok, LI, Twitter, etc.)
  • Numbers savvy – able to read and translate data and analytics and make strategic campaign shifts as needed
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and reporting/analytical skills mandatory
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven, start-up, or agency-like environment is ideal.
  • Confidence and the ability to be self-motivated, organized, and a team player are vital to success in this role.
