What you’ll gain:
As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience in the field through hands-on activities, coaching, and projects. A few learning opportunities include:

Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Lean Manufacturing: Applying lean manufacturing principles to optimize production workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.

Equipment Optimization: Assisting in the selection, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

What you need to be successful:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, in a field related to the internship
- Minimum GPA requirement of a 3.0

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic project management or organizational skills.
